• Wouldn't it be amazing if work relationships were easy and stress-free?

    • The reality is that navigating different communication styles, personalities and expectations can be challenging and exhausting. When emotional intelligence is strengthened, challenging relationships and the problems they create are easier to navigate. It's our mission to provide the best resources and guidance to help you strengthen emotional intelligence to move forward with confidence and ease.

    • What is Emotional Intelligence?

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a set of emotional and social skills that collectively establish how well we manage and lead ourselves and others.
    • Why it's Vital to Strengthen Emotional Intelligence

Studies show that greater emotional intelligence (EI) predicts better teamwork, effectiveness, and performance. Studies also demonstrate that greater organization-level EI predicts increased sales, more successful recruitment and retention of employees, superior customer service, and better productivity.

I'm so glad you're here, and I look forward to connecting with you. When we speak, we'll discuss your particular situation and options to ensure you receive the best guidance, tactics and strategies to reach your goals.

Emotional intelligence (EI) has been at the forefront of my career ever since I discovered the subject of emotional intelligence in 1995. My eyes were opened to the neuroscience and skills that drive people towards greater success, happier relationships and greater well-being. Emotional intelligence impacts all areas of life, and I especially enjoy focusing on our work lives.

My consulting and coaching clients have strengthened their EI skills and experienced career promotions, dramatic business growth, elevated team performance and greater influence. They represent numerous industries, including technology, financial services, healthcare, professional services, retail and nonprofit.

Take advantage of my experience honed over 20 years working for and with start-ups, growth and Fortune 500 companies, including Accenture, State Street Corporation, Bank of America and Credera. I've built masterminds for Fortune 500 executives, facilitated an award-winning mentor program for 180 professionals, raised millions for charitable causes and have mentored leaders for over a decade.

Forbes, Fortune's Broadsheet, Redbook Magazine, The Huffington Post, numerous podcasts and two books for professional women have highlighted my thought leadership.

My education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Trinity University with a double major in finance and economics. As I previously mentioned, I've been a student of emotional intelligence for over twenty years and hold several coaching certifications, including a focus on emotional intelligence (EQi 2.0 and EQ360) in the workplace.
